President and CEO
Patricia Farrell, President and CEO, leads the family business, started in 1938. She has been with the company over 35 years. Besides her extensive knowledge base, she is a Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Export Specialist (CES), and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) and is also Hazardous Materials Certified.
Under her leadership, the company has grown and changed, through design, into a computer based powerhouse, devoid of extraneous paper. The company is capable of digitally converting, storing and recalling documents, plus electronically communicating with clients and U.S. Customs. The computer based business operation is totally failsafe with offsite digital storage and multiple redundant systems to keep client’s information safe and secure.
